Dominic Tucci: Dominic’s family traces its Newport Beach roots back to the idyllic 1950′s where his mother played out her youth on the strand of what was then a sparsely populated Peninsula as well as on the stradas and sands of Lido Isle where his grandparents had a home and a 68′ ketch chartered for sailing enthusiasts and Hollywood glitterati like Desi Arnaz and his pals. Dominic would later enjoy those same venues as he learned to surf and scuba dive on those beaches.
After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Dominic entered the demanding and dynamic industry of high-tech sales and management. During that time, he invested in small, multi-unit residential buildings and counseled many friends and relatives on buying residential and income property. Dominic knew he would eventually have a full time career in real estate, coming from a long line of real estate entrepreneurs. After 15 years as a top-performer in high-tech, he decided to turn his buying/selling/ trading of residential income property into his fulltime career.
When he’s not spending time with his family, Dominic is either traveling or enjoying all types of water activities in his “front yard” – the Pacific Ocean. His side-line and passion as a musician/performer has kept Dominic in front of happy audiences and on his toes for the last 20+ years.
Tami MacDonald: Tami MacDonald literally breathed real estate from the moment she was born as her father had a successful real estate company and her mother worked diligently with him at the office each day. As the years went by the business grew and expanded into a separate mortgage company and escrow company. She spent her growing up years spending time at the offices and experiencing all facets of the business. It was a natural course for her to attain her real estate license after attending Cal Poly Pomona .
In addition to her real estate Tami had the opportunity to travel with a modeling agency and work in other countries. Her love of people in all walks of life proved to become a great part of the foundation of her career in real estate. When Tami returned home she moved to Pasadena, was accepted into the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and in addition went to work as a representative for Brookfield Homes in Altadena selling new homes. She was quickly promoted to manager and was offered the position of Sales Manager in the Newport Coast development. Tami moved to Newport Beach and was the driving force of sales in Tesoro, Strada, Cassis and Ziani. She was awarded the Sales Manager of the Year award during her tenure there and continued forward in the real estate world.
Tami and her family live in Newport Beach. She has three young children and is very involved in all their activities. She has been instrumental in raising large funds for their school through their yearly auctions and has been a member of the school board. She also found the time to become a part of giving to the community as a member of the National Charity League; Junior’s where she served as the public relations chair.
Tami’s clients experience her innate ability to connect with their needs. She listens intently and makes it her goal to complete the challenge in a manner that is enjoyable and stress free for her clients. Clients experience her kindness and professionalism and feel she is not only their agent but also a caring friend. This quality has made her career a success and her life more satisfying and enjoyable.
